Straight answers
What's the minimum order?
12 pieces per design. Sizes and even some garment styles can be mixed as long as the print is the same. Bigger orders bring the price per piece down quickly.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after you approve the mockup. If you have a hard event date, tell us up front. Rush service is sometimes available for a fee.
What file do you need for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background usually works too. If all you have is a fuzzy JPG or a photo, our designer can rebuild it. Design time is quoted separately.
Can you help design something from scratch?
Yes. We design logos, event shirts, team gear and merch lines in-house. Tell us the idea and we'll quote the design work along with the printing.
Do you deliver or ship?
All three: pick up at our shop in Zumbro Falls, local delivery around the Rochester area, or shipping anywhere in the U.S.
Screen printing or embroidery, which should I pick?
Screen printing is best for t-shirts, hoodies and larger designs. Embroidery is the move for hats, polos, jackets and anything that needs to look premium. Not sure? Pick both in the quote form and we'll recommend.
